Aerosoft's History and Background

About nine and a half years ago I ( Joseph Bowman) started customizing PC's quickly finding a hidden talent, so, I began self-teaching myself anything and everything I could about a PC. Two or three years later I began fixing computers of people I knew, and started getting the idea or starting business out of it. So, for the next few years I tried a few different ways of doing this, and failed, completely out of the fact of trying to do to much on my own. Eventualy out of the mistakes of my prior attempts of:  JCTech, United Computer Technologies, and Technavault came Aerosoft; So far its doing spectacular. 




The Goal of Aerosoft

The objective of Aerosoft is to make profit, obviously, but to do it in a way that not only gets the job done well, but to do it at a fair price. This company is built on the foundation of honesty, fairness, and integrity. That being said we will do everything possible to not only satisfy the customers in what they see but to do it in the areas the common person wont notice. We will not only preform a job, Aerosoft will teach willing customers how to preform the task.

First is our satisfaction guarantee: If after a job is done and finished, that if you, the customer, should find a discrepancy in any services provided - We will in every case do our best to solve the situation to your satisfaction and if a resolution still cannot be reached then we will offer a discounted price on future services and/or a refund of the service in question. As such issues may arise please do not hesitate to inform Aerosoft of anything unsatisfactory.
